We are currently providing Alliance Coaching with the Northern Busway Alliance involving Queensland Department of main Roads, ABIGroup and SMEC.
We also provide Alliance Coaching services to Northern Network Alliance who are laying the water pipeline and services for the Northern Pipeline Interconnector in South East Queensland. This is an Alliance between LinkWater, ABIGroup, Kellogg Brown & Root and McConnell Dowell. Matrix Global successfully works with the AMT, ALT, as well as the clients for both of these projects putting into place the necessary processes and infrastructure to drive high performance through each project.
